Conditions of our Price Match Promise

• Online Ticket Store will match the prices of UK-based companies whose principal business is the sale of attraction or theme park tickets only.
• Price matches must be requested before finalising your booking. Requests submitted from Monday through Thursday will be replied to within 24 hours. For all other requests, a response will be provided on the subsequent Monday.
• To submit your request, please email tickets@attractionworld.com. Be sure to include the ticket provider name, ticket information including departure date, passenger numbers, customer name and phone number, and membership/organisation name.
• Prices that are part of a special offer, promotion, or offered as part of a package deal are exempt from the price match. The price match also extends to any additional discount you may be eligible for.
• In order to be eligible, the lower-priced tickets must match exactly the tickets that we offer.
• If prices offered by a ticketing agent are found to be in breach of that agent's contract with the ticket supplier, we reserve the right to withdraw the price match.
• The lower quote must be in £GBP.
• Online Ticket Store will not accept screenshots or other purported evidence of a lower price that cannot be independently confirmed by our customer services team.
• Online Ticket Store reserves the right to withdraw their price match promise at any time without notice or liability.
