This price promise may be withdrawn at any time at our discretion.

We will price match your ticket quotation, if your alternative ticket quotation is provided in writing, including submission of the providing competitor’s terms and conditions, within 14 days of purchasing your Isle of Wight crossing ticket.

Price match is only valid against the public prices available through Wightlink directly at www.wightlink.co.uk and not valid against any special offers, season tickets & multilinks.

The alternative ticket quotation should be exactly like-for-like; for the same route, date and time, same trip (single/ return) and same passenger transport (foot/car) as the ticket quotation made through the Wightlink site.

To be valid, a claim for a refund must be presented in writing to: Parliament Hill Limited, 40 Gracechurch Street, London, England, EC3V 0BT or emailed to info@parliament-hill.co.uk within 14 days of purchasing your Wightlink ticket. Claims for refunds made after 14 days of your Wightlink ticket purchase will not be valid.

This price promise may be withdrawn at any time at our discretion. Only one refund claim can be made per household against Wightlink.
